MBS for School Students

The schooling years serve as the foundation upon which the individual builds during the later stages of education, profession and most importantly life. More than just what a student learns, these years define how a student learns for the rest of his life. MBS lays great emphasis on igniting the passion for learning about self (within) and the world (without).

THE PROGRAMS:

1. Basic 50-hour module (spanning 3-4 academic months)
   A. Developing self-awareness
   B. Nurturing creativity
   C. Enhancing communication and management skills
2. Advanced* module of upto 100 hours (spanning 6-8 academic months)
   A. Ensure and enable personalised corrective as well proactive measures
   B. Cater to individual-specific development needs

All the modules ensure continuous online support for the duration of the program, in addition to the regular classroom interaction.

Eligibility: MBS modules for schools are presently designed to cater to students of standard VIII and above

MBS for College students

The college years are the stepping stone to a career and crucial in preparing a student to face the demands and challenges of real life. There is a huge demand for qualified and skilled professionals possessing effective communication skills, good internal and external awareness levels, and the readiness to learn and adapt. MBS for college students readies them to meet the demands of the rigorous selection procedures of diverse recruiting firms.

THE PROGRAMS:

1. Basic 80-hour module (spanning 6 academic months)
   A. Developing self-awareness.
   B. Increasing business & currentaffairs awareness.
   C. Improving communication and presentation skills in respect of recruitment processes, and, 
   D. Developing management skills.
2. Advanced* module of upto 120 hours (spanning 9-12 academic months)
   A. Ensure and enable personalised corrective as well proactive measures.
   B. Cater to individual-specific development needs.

This is undertaken through intensive work-shops, interactive sessions, mock Interviews & discussions etc.

MBS for Faculty & Trainers

A good teacher needs to fulfill several roles — that of a mentor, a guide, a teacher, and a rolemodel — all at once. However, the unrelenting pressures of the modern education system sometime result in a less-thanoptimal performance. Caught in the quagmire, the teacher him/her self is no longer able to learn and discover newer things or more effective ways of teaching. MBS for teachers and trainers empowers teachers to empower students in turn. It enables the teachers to explore and discover the latest creative, interesting and effective ways of communication with the students.

   A. Focuses on breaking the monotonicity in teaching ways
   B. Self-discovery and exploration of creative ways of teaching
2. Advanced* module of upto 40 hours (spanning 6 days)
   A. Includes a more intense personalised exploration and elucidation of contemporary and innovative teaching and training methods that ensure greater effectiveness
