All MBS modules incorporate continuous objective measurement and evaluation to ensure a continuous, efficient and effective performance enhancement. The same is done using the scientifically designed IGC (Individual Growth Chart). A typical MBS module measures the progress of the participant along the following vital parameters:
- Confidence – Intrinsic (content driven) and Visible (expression driven)
- Communication – Verbal/Non- verbal and Written
- Creativity – Thought and action Awareness – Internal (self) and external (environment)
- Analytical Skills – Aptitude and Approach
- Management Skills – Attitude, Ability & Aspirations; Teamwork and leadership skills

The above ratings directly map the effectiveness of learning during the MBS program and provide a clear roadmap for future work.
The same are also used as a basis of providing accreditation to individual participants.
